Welcome to Nidhi Decor. By using our website or making a purchase from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General Use: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. All information you provide must be accurate and complete.
2. Products & Services: All product descriptions and images are for reference; slight variations may occur. Availability is subject to change without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to
refuse or cancel any order due to errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
4. Limitation of Liability: Nidhi Decor is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
5. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
6. Product Quality & Life Expectancy: All our products, including 3D wall panels, wallpapers, and decor items, are imported from China and supplied on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee or warranty. We provide a life expectancy(e.g. 2 years for self-adhesive, 5 years for non-adhesive panels) which is an estimate based on average wall conditions and proper installation — it is not a guarantee. Actual product life depends entirely on factors outside our control such as wall surface quality (papdi/flaking, damp, cracks, paint condition), installation method, adhesive used, climate, exposure to moisture, sunlight, and daily usage. Our products are of good quality and will not fall off when installed correctly on a suitable wall, however no claim, refund, replacement, or compensation can be made on the basis of life expectancy or longevity. By purchasing from Nidhi Decor, you acknowledge and accept that you are buying an imported product on an as-is basis and that life expectancy is an indicative estimate, not a warranty.
